For over 20 years MarkWilliams was a principal in Florida and a partner in North Carolina of an accounting firm providing small to mid-sized companies with a complete range of tax and accounting services. Mark has also served as CEO of a number of companies in diverse industries, and as such he has been exposed to all aspects of managing a business including securing capital. For over the past 15 years, Mark has provided part time CFO services to clients in Georgia, Wisconsin, Colorado, and Texas. Mark has an MBA degree in Finance.
Mark's expertise is serving as a part-time CFO for small to mid-size businesses. His strong background in taxes and accounting, coupled with his general management skills of over 40 years in a wide variety of small business make him the ideal candidate to oversee all aspects of a company’s financial operations.
Mark has also been active in the communities where he has lived. He was Chairman and CEO of a Community Foundation (GA); Treasurer of a Science Museum(FL); President of his Church Board (FL); Secretary of Accountants Society (NC); Treasurer of a Campaign to Elect County Sheriff) (NC); Certified Mentor at SCORE (WI & TX); Treasurer of his City’s Centennial Celebration Committee (TX); Member of various Chambers of Commerce (FL, NC, GA, TX).
