For over 20 years Mark was a principal in Florida and a partner in North Carolina of an accounting firm providing small to mid-sized companies with a complete range of tax and accounting services. Mark has also served as CEO of a number of companies in diverse industries, and as such he has been exposed to all aspects of managing a business including securing capital. For over the past 10 years Mark has provided part time CFO services to clients in Georgia, Wisconsin, Colorado and Texas. Mark has an MBA degree in Finance.
Mark has also been active in the communities where he has lived. He was Chairman and CEO of a Community Foundation (GA); Treasurer of a Science Museum (FL); President of his Church Congregation (FL); Certified Counselor at SCORE (WI); Secretary of Accountants Society (NC); Treasurer of a Campaign to Elect County Sheriff (NC); Member of various Chambers of Commerce (FL, NC, GA, TX).
